Auto manufacturers are shifting. They’ve realized car buyers want hybrids and plug-in hybrids more than EVs (despite the government pushing EVs). They’re changing their production to emphasize hybrids.
Reasons include the fear of an EV running out of power, especially when you aren’t near a charging station, and the long time to charge (versus fill a tank) plus the manufacturers weren’t setup to make EVs like Tesla is and were losing a lot of money on every one sold.
Listen to your customers, they’ll tell you what they want. Of course, that means you must talk with them and ask questions.
